From prospective students and alumni to peer institutions and partners, our emails reach a wide variety of audiences. It’s important to remember that each person we reach has a unique relationship to the University of Illinois – and they may also be receiving emails from multiple universities.
Resources & guidelines
For clarity and consistency, no matter who is sending or receiving the communication, our email design standard begins with an unquestionable tie to the University of Illinois. This email header template includes the university logo and workmark, while also allowing room for primary and secondary unit names, as needed.
After the content and images in the email have done the specific work of highlighting the individual unit and unique messaging, a consistent footer once again refers back to the campus-wide brand.
